Section 132. Breach of secrecy.

Any person who contravenes the provisions of this Enactment by improperly disclosing or divulging any matter which is his duty to keep secret, to whomsoever not lawfully entitled to be informed thereof, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
