Section 9. Functions of Corporation.

It shall be the functions of the Corporation -

(a)

to collect and administer funds or property, moveable or immovable, in accordance with –

(i) the provisions of this Enactment; and

(ii)

Hukum Syarak;

and

(b)

to be responsible for the management of all affairs relating to

wakaf

and

nazar

property.
