Section 27. Officers to be public servants F.M.S. Cap 45.

The Registrar, any Deputy Registrar, officers or employees of the Majlis or Lembaga Penasihat or agents authorised in writing by the Majlis or Lembaga Penasihat shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Panel Code.
