PART IV - BOARD

Section 11. Appointment and membership of the Board.

(1) The Board shall be appointed by the Registrar by an Instrument of Appointment.

(2) The Registrar shall at his discretion consider, reject or propose any other person to replace the person proposed by the Management Committee before appointing members of the Board.

(3) The Board shall consist of the following members:

(a)

a Chairman;

(b)

a Deputy Chairman;

(c)

a Secretary;

(d)

an Assistant Secretary;

(e)

a Treasurer; and

(f)

not more than 5 ordinary members.

(4) For the purpose of subsection (3), the Principal or Headmaster shall be the Secretary and the Senior Assistant shall be the Treasurer.

(5) The Board with the consent of the Registrar shall appoint 2 auditors.
