CHAPTER IX - TO ENSURE THE EVIDENCE OF THE WITNESS IS TRUE



Section 126. Objection over witness.

When the defendant or the accused objects (ta'in) to any witness whether before or after his examination by putting forward reason preventing the admissibility of his evidence, the Judge shall ask him to produce evidence.

Explanation - When the defendant or the accused proves what he said with evidence, the Judge shall reject the evidence of the witness. If the defendant or the accused fails to prove what he said, the Judge shall proceed with the examination of the witness if he has not done it so or give judgment according to the evidence of the witness if he has made the examination.
