ENACTMENT 15 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE IN THE SYARAK (VALIDATION) ENACTMENT 2007
Section 2. Validation.
All acts and things done or purported to be done by the Kadi Besar, Kadi, Courts, Jawatankuasa Ulang Bicara, Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Perlis, Pegawai Masjid, Peguam Syarie, Peguam, Pegawai Penguatkuasa Syariah, Pendakwa and by any other person or body pursuant to or under the Criminal Procedure in the Syarak Enactment 1991 [En. 7/1993] during the period from 18 March 1993 until 8 November 2006, being the date before the date appointed for the coming into operation of the Criminal Procedure in the Syarak Enactment 1991 shall be deemed to have been validly and lawfully done.
