CHAPTER 7 - WITNESSES

Section 85. Evidence of husband, wife, parents and child.

(1) Evidence of a husband against his wife and evidence of a wife against her husband is admissible as syahadah or bayyinah.

(2) Evidence of a child against his parents or of the parents against their child is admissble as syahadah and bayyinah.

(3) Evidence of a husband for his wife and of a wife for her husband is admissible as bayyinah.

(4) Evidence of the parent for their child and of the child for his parents is admissible as bayyinah.
