Section 171. Hearing of parties on revision

No party has any right to be heard, either personally or by Syar'ie Lawyer, before any Court in the exercise its revisionary jurisdiction but the Court may, if it thinks fit, hear any party either personally or by his Syar’ie Lawyer.
