Section 155. Report of conversions.
Whoever, being under a duty to report to the Majlis in accordance with the provisions of section 141 a conversion to the Muslim Religion, wilfully neglects or fails to do so shall be guilty of an offence punishable with a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars.
