PART IX - OFFENCES
Section 164. Unlawful mosques.
Whoever in contravention of the provisions of section 107 of this Enactment erects any mosque, or dedicates or otherwise applies any existing building as or for the purposes of a mosque, without the permission in writing of the Majlis, may on conviction be fined not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars and ordered ,to demolish the building subject to any rights of any other party to the building.
