PART XXXIII – GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 254. Rules.
The Chief Syarie Judge may, by notification in the Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Enactment and, in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such rules may provided for -
(a) practice and procedure of the Registrar of the Syariah Court and Syariah Appeal Court;
(b) fees that may be prescribed under this Enactment;
(c) the forms, books of accounts, report and other documents to be used in respect of any act or thing done under or in pursuance of this Enactment; and
(d) the conduct of the Court, the form and the method of execution of instrument and the appointment of any officer or agent of the Court.
