Section 210. Refusing to answer a religious officer authorised to question.

Whoever, being legally bound to state the truth on any subject to any religious officer, refuses to answer any question demanded of him touching that subject by such religious officer in the exercise of the legal powers of such religious officer shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to both.
