PART XIII – TRANSFER OF PROCEEDINGS
Section 83. Procedure.
(1) When a Court desires to transfer a proceeding to another Court, the Court from which the proceeding is transferred shall send to the Court which the proceeding is transferred -
(a) a certified copy of the order for transfer;
(b) certified copies of all entries in the Court's books relating to the proceeding;
(c) the Court's file for the proceeding; and
(d) any other relevant documents.
(2) The Court which orders the transfer shall retain the original order for transfer.
