Section 42. How to prove an offence.

(1) Save where it is in conflict with the provisions of this Enactment, the Evidence Enactment of the Syariah Court (Terengganu) 2001 [Tr. En. 6/2001] shall apply for the purpose of proving offences under this Enactment.

(2) All offences under this Enactment, whether hudud offences or qisas offences shall be proved by oral testimonies or by confession made by the accused,
