Section 130. Final reference.
(1) Any provision or interpretation of the provision of this Enactment which is inconsistent with Hukum Syarak shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.
(2) If there is any matter which is not provided for or is not clearly stated in this Enactment, the Court shall refer to Hukum Syarak.
