Section 68. Requirements for, and effect of, conversion.
(1) A person who is not a Muslim and wishes to convert to the religion of Islam shall comply with all the necessary requirements according to Islamic Law for a valid conversion.
(2) A person is converted to the religion of Islam and becomes a Muslim as soon as he fulfills the requirements under subsection (1).
