Section 4. Saving of prerogative.

Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate or affect the prerogative rights and powers of His Royal Highness the Sultan as the Head of Religion of the State of Kedah Darulaman as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of the State of Kedah Darulaman and the Federal Constitution.
