PART XVI – AFFIDAVIT
Section 112. Cross-examination.
(1) Any party desiring to contest the truth of facts deposed top in an affidavit may serve on the party who filed the same notice of itention to cross-examine the deponent, and thereupon, if the deponent is not produced for cross-examination, the Court shall, in special circumstances, reject or disregard the affidavit.
(2) The Court may of its own motion require the attendance of any deponent for examination on his affidavit and, in default of such attendance, may reject or disregard the affidavit.
