PART XXVIII – MONEYS, AND PROPERTY IN COURT
Section 207. Unclaimed funds.
(1) Funds and moneys in Court which are unclaimed after 15 years shall, unless the Court has notice of any pending claim thereto by a minor or person of unsound mind, become the property of Baitulmal and shall forthwith be paid to Baitulmal.
(2) If any claim be subsequently made to the fund or money, the Court may in its discretion order to pay the amount or value thereof to the claimant.
