ENACTMENT NO. 1 OF 1988 CONTROL AND RESTRICTION OF THE PROPAGATION OF NON-ISLAMIC RELIGIONS TO MUSLIM ENACTMENT 1988
Section 3. Criterion for deciding whether a person is a Muslim.
Where in a prosecution for an offence under this Enactment any question arises as to whether a person is a Muslim, that question shall be decided according to the criterion of general reputation, without making any attempt to question the faith, beliefs, conduct, behaviour, character, acts, or ommissions of that person.
