Section 80. Nusyuz.

If a wife shall not be in faithul obedience to the words of her husband in accordance with Hukum Syara'

,the husband may make an application to the Court to obtain a nusyuz order. When the Court finds that the wife has committed nusyuz, the husband shall not be bound to give her maintenance according to Hukum Syara'

as from the date the husband receives the order from the Court.
