ENACTMENT 13 ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT ENACTMENT (VALIDATION) ENACTMENT 2007
Section 2. Validation.
All acts or things done or purported to be done by the Ketua Hakim Syarie, Hakim Mahkamah Syariah, Court of Kadi, Mufti, Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Perlis, Appeal Committee, Pendakwa Syarie, Peguam Syarie, Registrar of the Court and by any other person or body pursuant to or under the Administration of the Syariah Court Enactment 1991 [En. 5/1992] during the period from 3 December 1992 until 8 November 2006, being the date before the date appointed for the coming into operation of the Administration of the Syariah Court Enactment 1991 shall be deemed to have been validly and lawfully done.
