Section 1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Criminal Offences (Takzir) (Terengganu) Enactment 2001 and shall come into operation on such date as the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
(2) This Enactment shall apply only to persons professing the religion of Islam.
