Procedure (General)

Section 46. Language and records.

(1) The language of the Court shall be Malay.

(2) All documents and written proceedings may be written or typewritten in either Jawi or Rumi script.

(3) Every Court shall keep and maintain full and proper records of all proceedings therein and full proper accounts of all financial transactions of the Court and shall account for all monies received in manner provided by law.
