PART XXV - MISCELLANEOUS


Section 248. Repeal.


(1) The Syariah Court Civil Procedure (State of Malacca) Enactment 1991 [Enactment No. 7 of 1991] is repealed.

(2) Where any case or matter is pending before any Court on the coming into force of this Enactment, the provisions of this Enactment shall apply in respect of the proceedings of such case or matter to the extent that it does not result injustice.
