PART VII - MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE
Section 113. Inspection and copies.
(1) All registers, counterfoils of certificates and other documents held by any Registrar in pursuance of this part of this Enactment shall be public documents within the meaning of the Evidence Ordinance, 1950, and shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of the prescribed fee.
(2) The Registrar shall on payment of the prescribed fee furnish to any person a certified copy of any entry in a register, or counterfoil, certificate or other document as aforesaid.
