Section 40. Constitution of Kathis' Courts.

(1) His Highness may by notification in the Gazette constitute a Court of the Kathi Besar for the State.

(2) His Highness may by notification in the Gazette constitute Courts of Kathis at such places as he may deem fit, and may prescribe the local limits of jurisdiction of such Courts.
