Section 33. Warrants whom directed.
(1) A warrant of arrest shall ordinarily be directed to the Penyelia Agama and to all other officers and any such officer may execute such warrant in any part of the State.
(2) The Court issuing a warrant may direct it to the Chief Police Officer of the State and all other Police Officers in the State or to any person or persons by name not being Penyelia Agama or Police Officers and all or anyone or more of such Police Officers or persons may execute the same.
