Section 23. State Authority's power to amend sections 20, 21 and 22.

The State Authority may by order published in the Gazette, make such modifications, variation, additions, or the alterations whatsoever to the provisions of sections 20, 21, and 22 as it may deem necessary or expedient to prevent, remove, resolve, or overcome any difficulty or anomaly, or to meet any omission, or otherwise for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Enactment.

Passed in the State Legislatibe Assembly on the 28th October 1994.
