Section 7. Constitution of Courts.

(1) His Highness the Sultan may by notification in the Gazette constitute a Court of Juma'ah Pengadilan and a Court of the Kadhi Besar for the State, which shall be at Kota Bharu.

(2) His Highness the Sultan may by notification in the Gazette constitute Courts of a Kadhi at such place as he may deem fit, and may prescribe the local limits of jurisdiction of such Courts.
