Section 51. Sanction of MajIis.
No prosecution for any offence against sections 162, 163, 165, 166,167 and 170 of this Enactment shall be instituted save in pursuance of a resolution of the Majlis sanctioning such prosecution, and a certified copy of such resolution shall be produced to the Court b#ore any summons or warrant is issued. Such certified copy shall form part of the record at the trial.
