PART VIII - MISCELLANEOUS Legitimacy
Section 111. Child from syubhat intercourse.
If a man has sexual intercourse with a woman in circumstances of syubhat and subsequently the woman gives birth to a child between six months or such longer period as is acceptable under Hukum Syara' after the intercourse, the man shall be deemed to be the father of the child.
