(1) All actions, proclamations, notices, forms and appointment issued or made under or by virtue of any written law repealed by virtue of this Enactment shall remain in force, in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Enactment, until revoked or replaced by proclamations, notices, forms and appointments issued or made under this Enactment.
(2) All proceedings instituted under the repealed Enactment shall be continued as if this Enactment had not been passed.
