PART VIII - MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE
Section 92. Registration of Divorce.
(1) With respect to a divorce under this Enactment, the Registrar to whom a divorce is reported under section 91, and the Kathi making an order or decree under sub-section (2) of section 91, shall on payment of the prescribed fee by the person applying for the said divorce enter the particulars and the nature of that divorce in a register of divorce kept by him issue certificates of divorce in the prescribed form to the parties to the divorce.
(2) No certificate under this section shall be issued by the Registrar or Kathi until the period during which the divorce may lawfully be revoked has expired.
