Section 71. Printing, sale, or possession of prohibited publication.

Any person, who prints, or publishes, or sells, or has in his possession any book, record, document, film or other material of like nature, which is declared under section 15 of this Enactment as prohibited publication shall be guilty of an offence punishable with imprisoment not exceeding three months or with a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
