Meeting of the Majlis

Section 23. Attendance of non-members

(1) The President may invite any person who is not a member of the Majlis if the business before the meeting requires the attendance of such person.

(2) Whoever is invited under subsection (1) may participate in the deliberations of the Majlis regarding the matter special to him, but shall not be able to vote or take part in the making of any decision.

(3) The Secretary is entitled to attend the meeting of the Majlis and to speak but shall not be able to vote in any matter which is discussed in any meeting of the Majlis.
