Section 97. Unlawful solemnization of marriage.
Whoever solemnizes or purports to solemnize in accordance with Hukum Shara' any marriage between persons both professing the Islamic Religion in contravention of the provisions of Part III of this Enactment, or knowingly purports to solemnize any such marriage which is void under the provisions of such Part shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months or with fine not exceeding $200.
