PART XI - GENERAL PROVISION

Section 60. Abetment or conspiracy.

Where an offence is committed as a result of, or in furtherance of an abetment, assistance, conspiracy or complot, every person who abets or assists or conspires or complots for the commission of such offence shall be guilty of that offence and shall be liable to be punished with imprisonment as takzir punishment for term not exceeding ten years.
