PART V - MISCELLANEOUS OFFENCES RELATING TO PUBLIC JUSTICE AND SECURITY
| Anyone who takes away a female person or in any manner influences her to run away from the custody of her parents or guardian commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both and the Court may make any order which is appropriate regarding such female person. |
