PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE


Section 15. Seal.

(1) Every Court shall have and use such seal or stamp as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall approve.

(2) Process of such Court shall issue uder the seal of the Court and authenticated by the Court's Registrar or Kadi.
