PART XXI – JUDGMENT DEBTORS SUMMONS, ARREST ETC.
Section 160. Judgment debtor summons.
(1) Subject to subsection (2), a judgment creditor may summon any person liable to be examined under this Part with a summons in the form provided. The summons shall be personally servednot less than 5 clear days before the day dixed dor the hearing, unless the Court otherwise orders.
(2) In any of the caeses enumerated in section 134, no judgment debtor summosn shall be issued except upon leave given in the manner prescribed by that section.
