Section 192. Judgment against estate.

(1) A judgment against an executor shall provide that the amount of the judgment (including any costs) be satisfied out of property of the deceased which is in or may come into the hands of the executor or administrator to be administered by him as such.

(2) A judgment shall also provide -

(a) the amount of any costs; and

(b) the amount of any assets of the deceased alleged and proved to have been misappropriated by the executor or administrator.
