Section 180. Issue of judgment notice.

(1) When the Court receives the application under section 179, it shall issue a judgment notice in Form MS 45.

(2) Unless the Court other wise orders, a judgment notice shall be served personally on the judgment debtor at least seven days before the date fixed for the appearance of the judgment debtor.
