PART II - MAJLlS Authority in Religios Matters
Section 30. Authority of Majlis.
The Majlis, on behalf of and under the authority of the Ruler as Head of the Religion of the State, shall aid and advise the Ruler on all matters relating to the religion of the State and Malay Custom, and shall in all such matters be the chief authority in the States save in so far as may be otherwise provided by this Enactment.
