Section 6. Exclusion of public in certaion cases.
A judge hearing any proceeding may on special grounds of public morals or expediency in his discretion exclude the public at any stage of the hearing from the Court :
Provided that he shall record in every such case the particulars on the record of the proceedings the grounds upon which such order is made.
