Section 123. Desertion of wife.

Any person who, having been ordered by the Court to resume cohabitation with his wife, willfully fails or neglects to comply with the order commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both.
