Section 23. Minutes.

(1) The Secretary shall keep minutes of all meetings of the Majlis, and at every meeting the minutes of the previous meeting shall be confirmed, subject to any amendment that may be required.

(2) Unless otherwise directed by the Majlis in any particular case, the minutes shall be in a summarized form and shall contain only decisions and matters of importance.

(3) As soon as possible after every meeting of the Majlis, a copy of the minutes shall be submitted to the Yang di-Pertua Negeri and sent to all members of the Majlis.

(4) Meetings of the Majlis shall be held with such regularity that not more than three calendar months shall have elapsed between one meeting and the next.
