PART II - THE MAJLIS UGAMA ISLAM NEGERI SABAH
Section 22. Duties and powers of Secretary.
(1) Subject to such direction as may be given to him by the Majlis, the Secretary shall have charge of all correspondence and documents of the Majlis, and shall in all other respects carry out such duties as may be imposed upon him by this Enactment or assigned to him by the Majlis.
(2) Subject to the direction and control of the Majlis, all officers and servants shall be under the administrative control of the Secretary.
