Wakaf and Nazr


Section 63. Income of wakaf and nazr.

(1) The income of a wakaf khas, if received by the Corporation, shall be applied by it in accordance with the lawful provisions of such wakaf khas.

(2) The income of every other wakaf and of every nazr 'am shall be paid to and form part of the Fund
