Section 73. Sanction to prosecute from Chief Syariah Prosecutor
No prosecution for any offence under section 9, 15, 16, 21 or 22 of the Crimes (Syariah) Enactment 1992 [Enactment No. 3 Of 1992] shall be instituted except with the sanction of the Chief Syariah Prosecutor.
